- Global Reincarnation: Only I Know the Plot
- GROIKTP Chapter 377
“Make sure to provide immediate relief and support to the affected people!” the elder commanded.
A middle-aged man in his fifties immediately nodded in agreement, “Understood!”
The elder then asked, “Is there any way to stop this Hell Dimension from spreading?”
The elderly man in the white coat carefully chose his words, “Well… this phenomenon of spatial fusion is something we’ve never encountered before. There’s no previous research or theory to rely on…”
Hearing this, everyone frowned.
This essentially meant there was no solution.
The people in this room were not fond of situations beyond their control.
Sensing the tension in the room, the man in the white coat quickly added, “However, based on our investigations, the Hell Dimension hasn’t made any further attempts to invade our world. The initial wave of hellish creatures was destroyed, and no additional creatures have appeared since. Currently, things are stable. Our hypothesis is that either the Hell Dimension lacks the power to continue invading, or they have some sort of hidden agenda. Another possibility is that something in our world is deterring them.”
“Something they fear?” the elder at the head of the table furrowed his brow, as if a thought had just occurred to him. “Are you referring to… the Reincarnation Space?”
“You’re incredibly insightful… Yes, I’m referring to the Reincarnation Space. The Wind God, who has been wreaking havoc in the island nation, obtained the item that summoned the Hell Dimension from the Reincarnation Space. Based on this, we deduce that the Hell Dimension is just one of the many worlds connected to the Reincarnation Space.”
“In terms of dimensional hierarchy, the Reincarnation Space is at least two levels above the Hell Dimension. It’s even possible that the existence of the Hell Dimension is tied to the Reincarnation Space. To put it crudely, if the Reincarnation Space is the queen bee, then the Hell Dimension is just one of the cells in the hive.”
“This is a theory our expert team has proposed, but it will take time to prove.”
After hearing the white-coated man’s explanation, everyone fell into deep thought.
The reasoning made sense, but no one could say for sure if it was the actual situation.
“Let time be the judge, then,” the elder concluded, before reminding, “Still, we must remain vigilant. Keep close watch and report any abnormalities immediately.”
“Understood!” The man in the white coat took his seat.
The elder then turned to another topic, “I heard we’ve identified Shura’s real identity? He’s a high school student?”
The head of the intelligence bureau stood up and reported, “Yes, his real name is Chen Ye. He was born in AH City and is 18 years old. He just graduated from high school.”
“Incredible! A true hero in his youth,” the elder praised.
Everyone around the table nodded in agreement.
To achieve such feats at the age of 18 within the Reincarnation Space was unheard of.
Though only a few people in the room had been Reincarnators themselves, they all had some knowledge of the Reincarnation Tower’s dungeons and the immense dangers that lurked within. One wrong move could lead to certain death.
“Chief, I recommend that we recruit Shura into the military!” a general suggested sternly. “Given the current situation, with the safety of our nation at stake, we need talents like him.”
The elder thought for a moment before replying, “I’ve heard this young man prefers not to be bound by any restrictions. He hasn’t joined any organization so far, correct?”
The intelligence chief quickly confirmed, “That’s correct.”
“Then let’s not force him,” the elder said lightly. “The boy has been in contact with Xiao Song all this time. Let’s continue to let her manage him.”
An elderly man with graying hair smiled at this suggestion. This man was none other than Song Lingrong’s grandfather.
The elder then seemed to remember something and added, “Oh, and since the boy values his privacy, let’s help him maintain it. Even though his identity is known to some, we should ensure that it remains as concealed as possible, so he isn’t troubled by the outside world.”
The intelligence chief immediately responded, “We’re already on it. Many of Shura’s classmates were aware of his identity, but most of them were unfortunate victims of the incident. We’ve spoken to the survivors and instructed them not to reveal Shura’s identity. There are some online discussions, but they’re under control.”
The elder nodded and asked, “He has family, correct?”
“His father is still alive.”
“Send people to protect him discreetly. Let the boy see that we have his best interests in mind.”
“Understood!”
…
Meanwhile, Chen Ye had no idea that his name had reached the highest levels of government.
He checked the internet and noticed that his real identity hadn’t been leaked.
Although many online discussions mentioned him being a high school student, none revealed specific details about his identity.
This struck him as odd.
As a well-known figure in the Reincarnation Space, countless people were curious about Shura’s real identity. During the incident last night, many of his classmates had been present, and his identity had been almost fully exposed.
Though most of them had died in the Hell Dimension, the news should’ve spread by now.
So why was no one discussing it online?
The first person that came to Chen Ye’s mind was Song Lingrong.
“Looks like Chuxue had a word with the cyber monitoring department and helped suppress the spread of my identity,” Chen Ye smiled.
That worked out well—it saved him a lot of trouble.
Otherwise, if his father or other relatives had seen the news, they’d certainly bombard him with questions.
It wasn’t the questions that Chen Ye feared. What he dreaded most was people pestering him to help them get an Ultra-God rating in the Reincarnation Tower dungeons. That would be a real headache…
Afterward, Chen Ye logged into the Reincarnation Space forum to look for strategies on clearing the 15th floor of the Reincarnation Tower.
There were many posts about him on the forum, most of which speculated about his Devil Fruit ability or his true strength.
One post, in particular, caught his attention.
“Let’s hope Shura smashes those foreigners!”
Chen Ye raised an eyebrow in surprise before clicking on the post to read the content:
“Shura is about to take on the 15th floor of the Reincarnation Tower, right? I heard that starting from the 15th floor, dungeons are no longer solo runs for each region, but instead, all regions compete together in the same dungeon…”
“That means Shura’s next competitors will include those foreigners, right?”
“I hope Shura doesn’t hold back and crushes them! Let’s show them how strong our region is!”
