- Global Reincarnation: Only I Know the Plot
- GROIKTP Chapter 445
The middle-aged man who entered the room had a tall, imposing figure, with a rugged face and sharp, hawk-like eyes that exuded an intense, formidable presence. Despite wearing only a fitted casual outfit, his powerful aura was undeniable.
This man, of course, was Adam!
“My apologies for being late, everyone,” Adam said with a polite smile, “I had an urgent matter that delayed me.”
No one dared to complain.
At that moment, a tall, rough-featured man spoke calmly, “Adam, since everyone is here, let’s get to the point. I came all the way from the north, and I hope this isn’t a waste of my time.”
This man, who could speak to Adam so directly, was clearly a powerhouse in his own right.
He was none other than Sventovit, the top expert from the “Polar Bear” region!
A figure close to reaching S-level himself.
Adam didn’t mind Sventovit’s tone. Right now, he had to prioritize the bigger picture.
“First of all, thank you all for responding to my call and taking the time to come here!” Adam said courteously. “I’ve gathered everyone today for one purpose: to eliminate the Wind God!”
The room fell silent as Adam continued. It was clear that everyone already knew the mission’s objective.
Adam elaborated, “Through detailed investigation, we’ve found that the Wind God’s power comes from hell. During the day, his strength is significantly weakened.”
At this, someone interjected, “Mr. Adam, with the time zone difference, it’s already afternoon in Asia. Are you suggesting we wait until tomorrow to act?”
“No,” Adam shook his head. “We will strike tonight!”
This answer puzzled the group even more.
The black woman from earlier questioned sharply, “Mr. Adam, knowing his powers are stronger at night, why would we choose to confront him when it’s most advantageous to him? Isn’t that too risky and arrogant? I don’t mean to doubt your strength, but the Wind God is the top-ranked global expert. Shouldn’t we approach this more cautiously?”
Her words garnered nods of agreement from several others.
Adam smiled and nodded. “You make a good point, but rest assured, I never take unnecessary risks. The reason we’re acting at night is that our investigation shows the Wind God hides in the Hell Gate during the day. He only comes out at night.”
The group finally understood.
It seemed the Wind God wasn’t foolish either, choosing to remain hidden during the day when his powers were weaker.
“Even if we act at night, killing the Wind God won’t be easy,” a shorter man remarked. “I’ve seen footage of his powers at night. He’s formidable.”
Adam suddenly declared, “I’ll handle the Wind God alone!”
This bold statement startled the group.
They knew Adam wasn’t the type to boast without cause. If he claimed he could face the Wind God alone, he likely had a plan or an ace up his sleeve.
But what could give Adam such confidence when, on the surface, the Wind God appeared stronger than him?
Could it be that Adam had a special item specifically designed to counter the Wind God?
The room fell silent with speculation.
After a moment, Sventovit asked, “If you’re confident in dealing with the Wind God by yourself, why call us here?”
Everyone turned their attention back to Adam.
Adam smiled. “When I confront the Wind God, the commotion will undoubtedly draw attention, particularly from Murong and the other Chinese Reincarnators.”
“I’ve asked you all here to help hold off any interference so I can focus on killing the Wind God.”
At this, Sventovit was visibly displeased.
He had come hoping to reap some rewards from Adam’s plan, possibly even to claim the Wind God’s bounty of one million Reincarnation Points for himself. After all, he had a one-time-use special item capable of delivering a devastating, lethal blow, and he had hoped to use it against the Wind God.
Now, hearing that Adam intended to fight the Wind God alone, with the rest of them merely serving as distractions, Sventovit’s enthusiasm evaporated.
Why would he come all this way for no reward? Did Adam think he could just order them around like pawns?
Sventovit’s frustration was shared by many others in the room. They were all at a stage where they needed a large number of Reincarnation Points to break through to the next level, and they had hoped to benefit from this operation. Adam’s plan dashed those hopes.
Almost immediately, someone spoke up, “Mr. Adam, I just remembered an important matter I need to handle tonight. I’m afraid I can’t participate in your plan.”
“Same here. Something urgent came up for me as well.”
“Oh, I just remembered that my son’s wedding banquet is tonight, and as his father, I simply cannot miss it.”
…
Adam’s eyes flashed coldly, though he maintained a pleasant expression. He gestured for silence.
“Please, everyone, hear me out first,” Adam said calmly. “I understand you’re all busy people, and I wouldn’t waste your time.”
With that, Adam snapped his fingers.
A servant entered, carrying a stack of papers, and distributed them to everyone present.
As they received the papers, Adam continued, “This is a list of special items I’ve spent years collecting in the Reincarnation Space, all stored in my personal inventory. Anyone who stays to help will be allowed to choose one item from the list, and once the Reincarnation Space opens, you can claim it through direct trade.”
“Additionally, if anyone isn’t interested in the items, I can offer 30,000 Reincarnation Points as compensation.”
Many people, upon seeing the list of special items, were immediately tempted.
Even Sventovit’s eyes gleamed with desire when he spotted a particular item that suited him perfectly.
Some people, more interested in the points than the items, asked, “Mr. Adam, if we choose the points, how will you give them to us? The Reincarnation Space doesn’t allow direct transfers of points.”
“It’s simple,” Adam replied with a smile. “Just place an unwanted item for sale in the Personal Market, priced at 30,000 Reincarnation Points, and I’ll buy it from you.”
It was a reasonable solution.
However, one person still voiced their concern, “Mr. Adam, won’t this violate the Reincarnation Space’s rules? I don’t want to risk being erased.”
The United States had once attempted to use this method to artificially create top-tier Reincarnators, but everyone involved in that plan had been wiped out by the Reincarnation Space.
With such a precedent, no one was eager to take unnecessary risks.
Adam reassured them, “Rest assured, we’ve tested this before. As long as such a transaction happens no more than twice a year, it doesn’t violate the Reincarnation Space’s rules.”
With that, the room collectively sighed in relief.
“Well then, Mr. Adam, best of luck to you!”
“Let’s work well together!”
Laughter filled the room as the atmosphere lightened. Even Sventovit had no further objections.
With Adam offering up special items as compensation, it was clear he meant business.
And so, the plan was set.
“When do we begin?” someone asked.
Adam replied, “We’ve arranged with the Reincarnators on the island nation to act tonight, at exactly 9 PM Tokyo time.”
