GROIKTP Chapter 599

This entry is part 522 of 534 in the series Global Reincarnation: Only i Know the Plot

**One Punch!**

The White Bone Demon God was instantly killed by Chen Ye with a single punch!

And it was a true death.

With the Night Demon Cloak enhancing his attacks, Chen Ye’s strikes dealt real damage to Hell’s creatures.

In other words, their undead characteristics no longer worked in front of Chen Ye…

Once they were killed, there was no chance of revival!

Only those demon gods with particularly strong life forces had a chance of surviving.

*Thud, thud…*

The massive body of the White Bone Demon God shattered into countless bone fragments, all falling to the ground.

It was as if it were raining bones.

Chen Ye, having easily dispatched a demon god, remained calm. With a slight motion of his hand, the Xuanyuan Sword returned to him under the control of his telekinesis.

Then, without looking back, Chen Ye left.

Off to find the next demon god!

Yes, his plan was to slaughter his way through Hell, not stopping until he found the Wind God.

Eventually, even if the Wind God tried to hide, the Lord of Hell himself would have to step in and hand him over to get rid of Chen Ye.

Chen Ye continued forward.

Soon, he arrived at a strange patch of land.

The soil here was reddish-brown, standing in stark contrast to the black earth around it.

Moreover, its surface was covered in square-shaped patterns, arranged in an oddly systematic manner.

Chen Ye found it familiar, as if he had seen it before…

‘This… looks like the place where I encountered that giant beast the last time I was trapped in Hell. So, the thing beneath my feet isn’t the ground—it’s the back of that giant beast?’

Realizing this, Chen Ye chuckled.

Staring at the ground beneath him, he muttered, “Last time, I suffered quite a bit because of you. You even caused the deaths of several of my classmates. It’s time I avenged them.”

With that, Chen Ye stomped the ground.

*Boom, boom, boom!*

“Hey, stop sleeping and wake up to face your death!!”

But there was no response…

The giant beast beneath his feet seemed to be in a deep slumber.

“If you won’t wake up, don’t blame me for sneaking up on you!”

With those words, Chen Ye raised his fist and activated the power of the Tremor-Tremor Fruit.

A massive white shockwave enveloped his fist.

With a single punch!

*Crack!*

A thunderous sound rang out.

The reddish-brown surface beneath Chen Ye’s feet cracked inch by inch, quickly spreading outward with numerous fissures.

*Roar!*

Finally, the beast beneath Chen Ye was jolted awake, letting out a roar filled with both pain and anger.

The ground shook violently.

The entire terrain began to tremble, slowly rising upward.

*Rumble, rumble…*

The giant beast finally awoke fully, emerging from the ground.

Its presence was overwhelming!

But, in the end, it was useless…

Chen Ye stood on its back, wearing a cold smile.

Last time, this giant beast had caught him off guard, and he hadn’t been at full strength, leading to a minor setback.

This time, things were different.

His power was now on a completely different level, and he was prepared…

Chen Ye raised the Xuanyuan Sword high above his head before plunging it down forcefully.

*Thud!*

The sound of the sword piercing flesh rang out clearly.

Under Chen Ye’s immense strength, the entire blade of the Xuanyuan Sword embedded deeply into the beast’s back.

*Roar!*

The beast let out a pained howl.

But Chen Ye didn’t stop. He delivered a powerful punch.

This punch struck the hilt of the sword.

*Thud!*

In an instant, under the force of his punch, the Xuanyuan Sword acted like a rocket, penetrating entirely through the beast’s body and emerging from its abdomen.

In short, the beast had been impaled clean through!

Its agonizing roars echoed throughout Hell…

In the deepest part of Hell.

A pair of eyes suddenly opened on a grand throne.

They were blood-red, glowing with a sinister and eerie light.

The owner of those eyes was a man who, at first glance, appeared almost human.

He had a tall, muscular frame and a strangely handsome, yet unnerving face.

“That roar just now… was it Behemoth? Is a demon god attacking it? Who dares to start a war on their own?”

“Or… has another human entered Hell?”

The man pondered for a moment before deciding to investigate.

He stood up from his throne.

“Cerberus!”

The man called out…

Immediately, a massive demonic hound emerged from the shadows, crouching at the foot of the throne.

This demonic hound was enormous, its body as large as a small hill. Its appearance was terrifyingly hideous, and, most disturbingly, it had three heads.

It was the Hellhound, Cerberus!

The man on the throne took a step forward, landing on Cerberus’s back.

The Hellhound seemed to understand its master’s intentions. Once he was securely atop its back, it immediately rose to its feet and began running toward the source of the disturbance.

*Boom!*

The giant beast finally collapsed, kicking up a large cloud of dust.

Its skull had been crushed by Chen Ye, leading to its death.

Standing over the enormous corpse, Chen Ye mused, “This beast’s vitality and defense were far superior to that White Bone Demon God earlier. It must be one of the higher-ranked demon gods.”

He wasn’t wrong.

Even in Hell, a place teeming with demon gods, Behemoth was considered a high-ranking one.

Retrieving his Xuanyuan Sword, Chen Ye didn’t linger. He continued his journey deeper into Hell.

Not long after he left…

Cerberus, with the man on its back, arrived at the corpse of the giant beast.

The man’s expression remained calm as he took in the scene.

He inhaled deeply before saying softly, “A human… A strong human has entered Hell?”

The Hellhound cautiously sniffed at the air, letting out a low whine as it eyed the beast’s corpse hungrily.

The man paid no attention to his hound. He scanned the battlefield, noting the deep cracks that marred the earth.

It was as if the very ground had been shattered!

“This destructive power… Is it that person the ‘bug’ spoke of?”

The “bug” the man referred to was the Wind God.

After being beaten into Hell by Chen Ye during the battle on the island nation, the Wind God had described Chen Ye’s abilities to this man.

That’s how he was able to recognize it now.

“How interesting…”

A smile crept onto the man’s face.

*Whimper, whimper…*

The Hellhound whined again, this time pleading, its gaze fixed on the giant corpse, clearly eager to devour it.

The man knew exactly what Cerberus wanted—to feast on Behemoth’s remains.

On any other occasion, the man might have agreed.

But right now, he didn’t have the patience to wait for Cerberus to finish eating.

Stepping back onto Cerberus’s back, the man commanded, “Follow the scent of that human. Once we find him, you can have your feast.”

*Howl!*

Cerberus let out a joyful howl and sniffed the air. Once it caught the scent, it sprinted off in pursuit of Chen Ye.
