“It seems that your Tsukuyomi isn’t very effective on me.”

In reality, Leo’s body froze momentarily, then a faint smile appeared on his lips as he spoke to Itachi across from him.

Three days had passed in the Tsukuyomi world, and yet Itachi hadn’t inflicted any mental damage on him.

“I never imagined there would be someone in this world who could resist my Tsukuyomi,” Itachi said, covering his left eye, his voice noticeably more labored.

Using Tsukuyomi twice in a row had taken a considerable toll on his left eye.

“That’s why I suggest you reconsider my offer. Really, you won’t lose anything.

How about this? I’ll sweeten the deal: once I become Hokage, I’ll clear your name, reveal the truth from back then, and allow you to return to the village to live with Sasuke and rebuild your clan.”

Leo shrugged, adding yet another bargaining chip.

However, Itachi still shook his head in response.

“Everything you’re saying is too far-fetched. I can’t agree to it.”

The terms Leo offered were indeed tempting, but to Itachi, they sounded more like empty promises meant to deceive a child.

He knew the state of his own body too well; it wasn’t something that could be easily healed, let alone with the addition of a new Kekkei Genkai. It sounded too good to be true.

As for becoming Hokage, that wasn’t something you could achieve just because you wanted to. It was still uncertain whether this person was truly the Fourth disciple of the Third Hokage.

And lastly, letting him return to Konoha and revealing the truth from back then?

That was even more impossible. The higher-ups of Konoha, including the Third Hokage, would never allow it, even if this person did somehow become Hokage in the future.

“It looks like I’ll have to use this move.”

Suddenly, Itachi’s body was enveloped in an orange-red chakra, and large bones began to materialize around him. Soon, the bones were covered in muscles, and the muscles, in turn, were clad in armor.

Finally, a massive, orange-red Susanoo, wielding a sword in one hand and a shield in the other, appeared before Leo.

“The third form of Susanoo, huh.”

Seeing Itachi unveil his ultimate move, a rare look of seriousness crossed Leo’s face.

Susanoo—the third power unlocked by the Mangekyo Sharingan, known as the power of the gods.

It was the ultimate ocular jutsu, capable of both offense and defense.

In its initial form, it could manifest just arms and ribs, useful for attacking, defending, protecting, and controlling.

The first full form resembled a skeleton, with chakra completely covering the body, enhancing its defensive capabilities. At this stage, Susanoo could wield basic weapons.

In its second form, muscles and flesh covered the skeleton, wrapped in a cloak of chakra, allowing the user to wield more advanced weapons and jutsu, such as the Yata Mirror or the Bow and Arrow.

The third form added Tengu-like armor over the previous form, greatly increasing its defense and expanding the variety of weapons it could use, such as the Totsuka Blade and the Kusanagi Sword.

The fourth form included a fully developed lower body and legs, growing much larger in size, with the user positioned at the head of the Susanoo. At this stage, the Susanoo could wield its own exclusive weapons and unleash wide-range attacks with the Susanoo Sword.

Beyond the fourth form was the Complete Body Susanoo, known as the “true Susanoo.”

Only those who had fully mastered the Mangekyo Sharingan and possessed vast reserves of chakra could unlock this Complete Body Susanoo.

At that stage, the Susanoo would be enormous, its chakra stabilized, and its power capable of easily slicing through mountains or meteors.

Moreover, it could fly and perform powerful jutsu, greatly amplifying the user’s abilities.

These were the normal evolutionary stages of Susanoo and its increasing power.

Later stages could even combine Sage Mode with the Complete Body Susanoo, forming the Sage-Art Susanoo, and it could pair with the Nine-Tails to create the Armored Susanoo.

The strongest form, on par with the Six Paths Sage, involved fusing the chakra of all nine-tailed beasts with Susanoo to form the ultimate Susanoo.

Leo wanted Itachi’s Mangekyo Sharingan so that he could later take Sasuke’s Mangekyo as well, combining them into the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, thus unlocking the Complete Body Sage-Art Susanoo mode.

Since he could already use his Golden Core True Essence to activate the Daoist Sage Mode, combining it with Susanoo would dramatically increase his power.

At that point, he would have powerful long-range jutsu, magic, Daoist techniques, and flying swords for ranged attacks, with the Sage Susanoo for close combat protection. And if he ventured into the Saint Seiya world to acquire a set of armor, he would truly become an invincible warrior.

And when his enemies finally managed to break through his Susanoo, he could simply open all Eight Gates and deliver a devastating blow.

“Seal!”

As Itachi’s Susanoo entered its third form, his left hand wielding the Totsuka Blade, he thrust it toward Leo.

The Totsuka Blade was a sealing sword. Anyone pierced by it wouldn’t be physically harmed, but would instead be sealed within a genjutsu world—just as Orochimaru had been sealed even in his Eight-Headed Serpent form.

Itachi clearly didn’t intend to kill Leo; he planned to seal him and retreat with Kisame.

“Konoha’s reinforcements will likely arrive soon. I don’t have time to keep playing with you. Let’s end this!”

As the Totsuka Blade approached, Leo’s flying sword wings spread out, transforming into two sword wheels that shredded the Totsuka Blade.

Then, opening all Eight Gates, he casually walked toward the Susanoo-clad Itachi.

Seeing this, Itachi quickly transformed his left hand into the Yata Mirror, creating a giant shield in front of him.

“Boom!”

A deafening explosion echoed.

Leo didn’t use Evening Elephant or Night Guy, nor did he rely on the techniques of Xingyi Five Elements Fist. He simply walked up to the enormous Yata Mirror and threw a casual punch.

Cracks immediately spread from the point of impact, rapidly covering the entire Susanoo.

“Crash!”

The sound of shattering glass filled the air.

The orange-red third form of Susanoo crumbled to pieces.

“Not even a single strike was blocked!”

With his Susanoo forcibly shattered and already suffering from the strain of using Tsukuyomi twice, Itachi coughed violently.

Now he understood why Kisame, with his fused Shark Skin form, had been knocked out with a mere flick. Not even his Susanoo and Yata Mirror could withstand a single punch.

It made sense, though. Even if this had been the Complete Body Susanoo, it wouldn’t have survived that punch.

When Might Guy opened all Eight Gates and used Night Guy, he kicked Six Paths Madara so hard that half of his body was shattered. Leo’s physical strength far surpassed Guy’s, especially when augmented by Sage Mode.

So even a simple punch was enough to shatter Itachi’s third form Susanoo with ease.
