- MWM Chapter 377
“I will banish you forever. Take this—**Another Dimension!**”
Just as Leo was searching for Saga’s figure, a furious shout came from behind. Before he could react, he found himself being forcibly sucked into a dimensional rift.
Seeing Leo’s body disappear, Saga wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth with a smile.
By now, parts of Saga’s Gemini Gold Cloth were shattered, clearly showing that he had also taken considerable damage from their previous clash.
“To think you could hurt me this much—I’ll admit, your strength is worthy of the Sagittarius Gold Cloth. But since you oppose me, you can spend eternity drifting in a dimension billions of light-years away!”
Leo’s defense was absurdly tough, and his body wasn’t like that of a normal human. Saga had sensed something was off about him, which was why he chose not to use a destructive technique like Galaxian Explosion for his sneak attack. Instead, he opted to banish Leo to another dimension, ensuring he would never return to Earth.
But just as Saga finished speaking, a golden rope suddenly shot through the closing dimensional rift, instantly wrapping tightly around him.
Then, the golden three-headed, six-armed figure reappeared. Two hands gripped the golden rope, while the other four pried open the dimensional rift, pulling Leo back out.
“Good thing my spatial abilities aren’t bad; otherwise, I’d be stuck in that dimension until the time limit ended.”
Leo controlled his three-headed, six-armed avatar, silently grateful for his spatial skills.
Saga’s attempt to banish him to another dimension had nearly succeeded, sending him billions of light-years away. But Leo had left several spatial markers in this world. Before the dimensional passage fully closed, he reactivated his three-headed, six-armed form.
This avatar, a combination of the Mangekyo Sharingan and sage chakra, was an upgraded version of the Susanoo. Even if it was destroyed, as long as Leo’s body and Sharingan were intact and his sage chakra wasn’t exhausted, he could instantly regenerate it.
By sensing the spatial markers, Leo cast the golden rope from his avatar through the rift, binding Saga and pulling himself back.
The golden rope of his three-headed, six-armed form wasn’t just for whipping enemies—it had a powerful binding and sealing effect.
Once entangled by this rope, escaping would be extremely difficult.
It was somewhat similar to the legendary Binding Immortal Rope, though clearly inferior in comparison.
Still, it was enough to temporarily restrain the heavily injured Saga.
“If you plan to banish me, then I’ll seal you instead!”
Controlling the rope, Leo flung Saga toward the mountains outside the Sanctuary. His left eye’s Rinnegan surged with power, and he quickly gathered energy into a small black orb before hurling it.
“**Sage Art: Planetary Devastation!**”
The black orb locked onto Saga, and like a black hole, it began pulling in massive amounts of earth and stone, eventually forming a colossal floating sphere nearly a kilometer in diameter.
“That should hold him for a while.”
Leo deactivated his three-headed, six-armed form. After the intense battle, his true essence was nearly depleted; he had pushed himself to the limit.
This was the first time in years that he had fought with all his trump cards on the table.
But it had been worth it. Once peace returned to the Sanctuary, he could take his place as the Sagittarius Gold Saint, guarding the Sagittarius Temple. He could spar with the other Gold Saints to refine his cosmos and perhaps even learn some of their ultimate techniques.
If he managed to awaken his Seventh Sense, he could unleash light-speed punches purely through cosmos energy. Combined with his other abilities, he might even be able to challenge the gods of this world.
After landing, Shaka, Mu, Shura, and Aldebaran quickly gathered around.
“Ares, the Pope, was none other than Gemini Saga in disguise. Surely, you believe me now!” Leo said to Shaka and Shura.
“I’ve temporarily sealed Saga within that rock sphere. If you still doubt me, you can try contacting the Pope.”
Shaka and Shura exchanged a glance before telepathically reaching out to the Pope. Silence followed.
Just as Leo had said, there was no response from the Pope.
“Shura, it seems we truly were deceived. That young girl may not be Pandora after all—she could be the real Athena,” Shaka remarked calmly after a brief pause.
Shura, on the other hand, clutched his head in shock and guilt.
“As the most loyal of the Gold Saints, wielding the Holy Sword, I nearly killed Athena! I deserve to die!”
“Shura, there’s no need to blame yourself too much. You were deceived like the rest of us,” a soft voice chimed in. At the same time, the warm and powerful cosmos of Athena reappeared.
Saori Kido had returned, flanked by the Saints of Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius.
“Wow, that’s a huge ball!”
Nearby, Seiya and the others, who had been protected by Mu’s Crystal Wall, were slowly regaining consciousness. Shaka had deliberately held back, merely knocking them out instead of inflicting serious harm.
However, upon waking and seeing the vanished Gemini Temple and the massive rock sphere floating in the sky, they were left speechless.
“The most important thing now isn’t placing blame; it’s deciding what to do with the false Pope, Saga. My sealing technique won’t hold him for much longer!”
Once they had all gathered at Athena’s temple, Leo pointed at the rock sphere in the sky.
He could feel Saga’s cosmos constantly surging inside the sphere, attempting to break free. The sealing power was gradually weakening as more and more energy poured in.
In the end, his strength still fell short of the Six Paths Sage.
The Sage’s Planetary Devastation was nearly 3,500 kilometers in diameter, whereas Leo’s was only one kilometer. Permanently sealing a powerful figure like Dark Saga was beyond his current ability.
Unless he could eventually consume the God Tree’s fruit or achieve the rank of an Earth Immortal, enhancing his sage techniques and further empowering his Rinnegan, creating a Planetary Devastation the size of the moon would be impossible.
“Athena, please allow me, Shura, to slay this traitor Saga. It’s the only way I can atone for my sins!” Shura was the first to step forward with a request.
Shaka quickly followed, saying, “I can sense justice and kindness in Saga’s heart. There may be more to this situation. I request that we refrain from killing the Gemini Saint until we fully understand the truth.”
“Shaka, how can you still believe there’s justice in Saga’s heart after all this? He killed the previous Pope, nearly killed Athena, and deceived us for thirteen years!” Shura angrily rebuked him.
At that moment, Leo stepped forward as well.
“Miss Saori, during my battle with Saga, I also noticed something unusual. It’s as if two souls inhabit his body. Perhaps, as Virgo Shaka said, we should uncover the truth before passing judgment.”
