- In Marvel: I Start by Marrying Scarlett Witch [Complete]
- MWM Chapter 382
After the empire’s regime was stabilized, he handed over the subsequent development plans to Left Chancellor Dumbledore and Right Chancellor Grindelwald, leaving Credence in charge as regent, and then returned to the main world.
This time, however, he utilized the time-flow control ability from the panel, no longer anchoring to the wizarding world’s timeline.
In other words, from this point on, time in the wizarding world would flow normally, regardless of how much time he spent in the main world or other small worlds.
Why do this?
Because if he wanted the Wizarding Empire to develop, it would require the passage of time. Otherwise, if he continued to anchor the timeline, upon his return, the wizarding world would remain stagnant, just as newly established as before.
As for whether the Wizarding Empire would collapse after his departure?
That wasn’t a major concern.
He could now control the timing of his entry into small worlds. In the early stages, he could easily take one day every month or two to enter the wizarding world and inspect the situation.
Any issues that arose could be dealt with immediately.
Once things were completely stable, he could stretch those inspections to every three, five months, or even once a year.
Even if he entered other small worlds, it wouldn’t matter, as long as he didn’t stay for too long at one time. He could simply set a few months, finish, come back, and enter again, without any cooldown period.
As long as his small world time reserves remained, he could control everything by managing his time of entry.
He wasn’t worried about Dumbledore and Grindelwald seizing his imperial authority either.
First, his strength was enough to sweep through the wizarding world; second, he wasn’t particularly attached to power. As long as the Wizarding Empire continued to develop, and more powerful, beneficial magic emerged, his goal would be achieved.
“So, what’s the next step?”
After returning, Leo found himself deep in thought once more.
Currently, he had three ways to significantly enhance his strength.
First, he could enter the Naruto world, plant the God Tree, and obtain the God Tree’s fruit. Consuming it would cause his body to evolve, granting both physical immortality and a massive boost in power.
Second, he could return to the Saint Seiya world and continue to comprehend the Seventh Sense, greatly increasing his Cosmos and overall strength. He also had a feeling that there might be a connection between his Mangekyō Sharingan and his Cosmos, and that understanding the Seventh Sense could help clarify this.
Third, he could enter the world of Shu Shan Legend to focus on cultivating his spiritual cultivation. Currently, he was only at the Core Formation stage, but if he could break through to the Nascent Soul stage and then achieve immortality, the increase in strength would be considerable.
However, there was a problem: the Three-Tails in the Naruto world wouldn’t revive for another three years. Even if he entered now, he wouldn’t be able to gather all the Tailed Beasts to form the Ten-Tails.
As for comprehending the Seventh Sense, it wasn’t necessary to be in the Saint Seiya world to do that.
Lastly, increasing his cultivation in the Shu Shan Legend world wasn’t easy—it might even be harder than the other two options, as cultivation advancements typically took decades or centuries.
After considering his options, he gradually made up his mind.
He decided not to enter any small worlds for now. Instead, he would stick to his original plan: helping Rocket take down his nemesis, the High Evolutionary, completing the side quest and earning another year of small world time.
This would bring his total small world time reserve to three and a half years.
Next, he would seize control of the Org Group, the company the High Evolutionary had developed across the universe, thereby gaining access to the most advanced technology in the cosmos, alongside the scientists he had gathered on Earth.
Together, they would first create a device that could convert energy into spiritual energy.
With a spiritual energy converter, he could enhance his cultivation in any world, eliminating the need to waste time in the Shu Shan Legend world.
Afterward, he could enter the Naruto world with ample time to strategize a unified Shinobi world, replicating his approach in the wizarding world. When the Three-Tails revived, he could collect all the Tailed Beasts, form the Ten-Tails, plant the God Tree, and consume the fruit.
He had considered entering the Naruto world first to unify it, but the Naruto world was different from the wizarding world. When he entered the wizarding world, he was already invincible, able to enforce unification with sheer power.
The Naruto world, however, was far more complex than it appeared.
The three great sacred lands, the Ōtsutsuki clan from outer space, the Sage of Six Paths who, though dead, still influenced the world, Hidan’s evil god, the Shinigami summoned by the Reaper Death Seal, and the King of Hell summoned by the Rinnegan—all of these presented potential challenges.
If he recklessly bulldozed his way through and became a global enemy, things could go south fast.
At the very least, he didn’t think his current strength was enough to defeat the Sage of Six Paths, who had sealed Kaguya Ōtsutsuki and created the moon.
So, unifying the Shinobi world couldn’t be done in a few months. If it would take too long, it would be better to focus on creating the spiritual energy converter first. That way, even in the Naruto world, he could absorb vast amounts of spiritual energy for cultivation.
“Destination: Org Group Headquarters has been reached.”
About two days later, while Leo was playing a card game similar to Earth’s poker in the ship’s lounge with Wanda, Star-Lord, and the others, a mechanical voice suddenly rang through the ship.
The group moved to the cockpit and gazed outside. Before them was a strange planet.
Or rather, not a planet, but a massive cosmic base encased in an enormous mass of flesh.
“The Org Group is currently the most powerful biotechnology company in the galaxy. Their genetic technology and related gene products are popular across many planets.
Some of the more primitive planets even worship the High Evolutionary, the creator of the Org Group, as a god.
In reality, they’ve been conducting illegal biological experiments in violation of galactic laws. Their products are merely by-products of these experiments.
The Org Group also has a very close relationship with the Sovereign Empire, a powerful force in its own right.
So their influence is vast. Killing the High Evolutionary might not be as easy as it seems.”
Rocket Raccoon, staring at the Org Group’s headquarters, had a grim expression in his eyes.
Though he had spent years wandering various planets in the universe, he had never forgotten his three fallen companions and had always kept an eye on Org Group’s activities.
Knowing the extent of their power, he had long deemed revenge hopeless. Simply avoiding being recaptured by the High Evolutionary was already lucky enough.
“The relationship between the Sovereign Empire and the Org Group isn’t just a partnership. The truth is, the Sovereign’s High Priestess was created by the High Evolutionary himself, making the Sovereign Empire nothing more than his lackey.”
Leo recalled the storyline from his past life and chuckled.
His words stunned Rocket and the others.
Though the Sovereign Empire wasn’t on the level of the Nova Empire or the Kree Empire, it was still one of the galaxy’s prominent technological empires, with highly advanced remotely controlled spacecraft.
