With a spiritual energy converter, he could enhance his cultivation in any world, eliminating the need to waste time in the Shu Shan Legend world.

Afterward, he could enter the Naruto world with ample time to strategize a unified Shinobi world, replicating his approach in the wizarding world. When the Three-Tails revived, he could collect all the Tailed Beasts, form the Ten-Tails, plant the God Tree, and consume the fruit.

He had considered entering the Naruto world first to unify it, but the Naruto world was different from the wizarding world. When he entered the wizarding world, he was already invincible, able to enforce unification with sheer power.

The Naruto world, however, was far more complex than it appeared.

The three great sacred lands, the Ōtsutsuki clan from outer space, the Sage of Six Paths who, though dead, still influenced the world, Hidan’s evil god, the Shinigami summoned by the Reaper Death Seal, and the King of Hell summoned by the Rinnegan—all of these presented potential challenges.

If he recklessly bulldozed his way through and became a global enemy, things could go south fast.

At the very least, he didn’t think his current strength was enough to defeat the Sage of Six Paths, who had sealed Kaguya Ōtsutsuki and created the moon.

So, unifying the Shinobi world couldn’t be done in a few months. If it would take too long, it would be better to focus on creating the spiritual energy converter first. That way, even in the Naruto world, he could absorb vast amounts of spiritual energy for cultivation.

Some of the more primitive planets even worship the High Evolutionary, the creator of the Org Group, as a god.

In reality, they’ve been conducting illegal biological experiments in violation of galactic laws. Their products are merely by-products of these experiments.

The Org Group also has a very close relationship with the Sovereign Empire, a powerful force in its own right.

So their influence is vast. Killing the High Evolutionary might not be as easy as it seems.”

Rocket Raccoon, staring at the Org Group’s headquarters, had a grim expression in his eyes.

Though he had spent years wandering various planets in the universe, he had never forgotten his three fallen companions and had always kept an eye on Org Group’s activities.

Knowing the extent of their power, he had long deemed revenge hopeless. Simply avoiding being recaptured by the High Evolutionary was already lucky enough.

“The relationship between the Sovereign Empire and the Org Group isn’t just a partnership. The truth is, the Sovereign’s High Priestess was created by the High Evolutionary himself, making the Sovereign Empire nothing more than his lackey.”

Leo recalled the storyline from his past life and chuckled.

His words stunned Rocket and the others.

Though the Sovereign Empire wasn’t on the level of the Nova Empire or the Kree Empire, it was still one of the galaxy’s prominent technological empires, with highly advanced remotely controlled spacecraft.
