“Such petty tricks!”

Leo let out a cold snort, and with a forceful jerk of his body, the ten magical energy tendrils binding him were instantly snapped by his overwhelming physical strength.

“Galaxian Explosion!”

A barrage of punches was unleashed, obliterating all the creatures summoned from the alternate dimension. Even the summoning magic circles disintegrated under the powerful cosmos energy of the Galaxian Explosion.

“It’s time to end this charade.”

Leo turned and reached out his left hand to grab Agatha’s throat. She tried to teleport away, but Leo was too fast. Before her spell could fully activate, his hand had already closed around her neck.

The intense pain caused Agatha’s mind to go blank, preventing her from casting any further spells.

“Phantom Demon Emperor Fist!”

With a punch from his right hand, Agatha’s expression instantly went blank, falling into a state of complete calm.

“Agatha, hand over the Darkhold,” Leo commanded as he released her throat, knowing she was now under the control of his Phantom Demon Emperor Fist.

Agatha nodded obediently and used dark magic to open a hidden dimension, retrieving the Darkhold, which she had stolen from Kamar-Taj.

Leo took the Darkhold without opening it, instead tossing it into his small enchanted bag. He then gave Agatha her next order:

“Deactivate your rune magic array and transfer all your magic to Wanda.”

Where did Agatha’s dark magic come from? It was the same source as Wanda’s chaos magic—both originated from Chthon, the god of dark magic.

The difference was that Agatha, like other wizards in this world, had to slowly study Chthon’s magic to gradually strengthen herself. She even infiltrated Kamar-Taj to steal the Darkhold in order to learn more dark magic.

Wanda, on the other hand, had been chosen by Chthon to become the Scarlet Witch, his instrument to destroy and devour worlds. As a result, her chaos magic was innate. She didn’t need to study spells or knowledge; she could instinctively cast magic, often with incredible effectiveness.

Agatha had approached Wanda, suspecting she might be the Scarlet Witch foretold in the Darkhold. Her plan was to steal Wanda’s magic and replace her as the Scarlet Witch.

If Agatha could absorb Wanda’s magic, then Wanda could just as easily absorb Agatha’s. After all, their magic shared the same origin.

In the original storyline, Wanda absorbs Agatha’s magic, learns dark magic from the Darkhold, and fully becomes the Scarlet Witch capable of destroying the multiverse.

However, Leo wasn’t going to let Wanda read the Darkhold.

Though the book seemed to contain all of Chthon’s knowledge and was highly coveted, it was actually a trap. Reading it not only granted knowledge but also corrupted the reader’s mind, leading them toward destruction. Many versions of Doctor Strange had fallen to the Darkhold’s corruption, which is why the Ancient One had sealed it away.

Wanda’s sudden extreme behavior in the future, after she had seemingly made peace with the loss of Vision and her children, was directly tied to her exposure to the Darkhold.

As long as Wanda didn’t read it, Chthon couldn’t influence her. In fact, with beings like the Living Tribunal, Eternity, and the Vishanti suppressing him, Chthon was little more than a fugitive in the multiverse. Without using a medium like the Darkhold, he had no real way to affect reality directly.

Without the Darkhold, Chthon could only supply Wanda with chaos magic, leaving her free from his control.

“My dear, what should I do?” Wanda asked, nervous as she stood opposite Agatha, who was still under the influence of the spell.

Leo gently patted her head, reassuring her. “Just stand still, Wanda. Agatha knows what to do.”

Turning to Agatha, Leo gave her a commanding look, and Agatha obediently formed a magic circle with her hands, transferring all her magic power into Wanda without hesitation.

“Oh my God… this feels incredible!” Wanda gasped as Agatha’s magic poured into her. Her eyes widened in shock as she floated into the air, feeling an overwhelming surge of power.

After about a minute, the magic circle disappeared, and Agatha collapsed to the ground, completely drained of her magic.

At this point, Agatha was no longer a witch but a mere mortal. Of course, given a few centuries, she could probably regain her powers, as her knowledge of magic was still intact.

“Agatha, from now on, you will teach Wanda everything you know about magic. Do you understand?”

Leo had no intention of letting Wanda read the Darkhold, but Agatha could pass on the knowledge she had gained from it without risking Chthon’s corruption. This way, Wanda could still become powerful without succumbing to the dark influence of the book.

Once Wanda absorbed all of Agatha’s knowledge, her strength would be nearly as great as the multiverse-destroying Scarlet Witch, if not equal.

In fact, Agatha was like a treasure trove of magic power, experience, and knowledge, all neatly packaged for Wanda. Leo wouldn’t have known where to find such a valuable resource if Agatha hadn’t conveniently come to him.

“Yes… master,” Agatha gasped as she struggled to her feet, bowing respectfully to Leo.

Without her magic, even Agatha couldn’t resist the control of the Phantom Demon Emperor Fist. She would remain under his control for decades unless he chose to release her.

“My dear, I can’t believe it! My magic has increased several times over!” Wanda exclaimed in amazement as she descended from the air. Having fully absorbed Agatha’s magic, she was now far stronger than before.

Although Agatha’s magic power wasn’t greater than Wanda’s to begin with, the process of absorbing it had unlocked a vast portion of Wanda’s untapped potential, leading to an explosive growth in her abilities.

Wanda had always had the potential to reach multiverse-level power—otherwise, Chthon wouldn’t have chosen her. Leo’s teaching had unlocked some of that potential, and the Mind Stone had drawn out even more. Now, Agatha’s magic had further unleashed Wanda’s hidden reserves.

“Impressive. Now, Agatha will teach you magic. Her knowledge is a perfect match for your power,” Leo said, patting Wanda’s head approvingly.

With that, Leo, Wanda, and Agatha returned home.
