MWM Chapter 523

“Absorb!”  

A powerful suction force erupted from the Nine Tomoe Yin-Yang Rinne Sharingan on Leo’s forehead, drawing the high-tech spaceships that were attacking like a storm into his Tsukuyomi Dimension.

“Is that… a World Vortex?”  

In the control room, Kang the Conqueror’s face changed drastically when he saw this. He quickly pressed a communication button and ordered:  

“Retreat and use the plasma cannons from a distance!”

Unfortunately for Kang, Leo had anticipated this. While maintaining the power of the Nine Tomoe Yin-Yang Rinne Sharingan, his inner microcosm burst into action as well:  

“Domain of the Buddha!”

With a flick of his hand, space-bending abilities activated, pulling back any remaining spaceships that were trying to escape, dragging them all back in front of Leo, only to be sucked into his Tsukuyomi Dimension.

At his level of strength, sheer numbers alone were meaningless unless his opponents were on par with him. What made matters worse for them was that he carried his own dimensional world wherever he went.

No matter how many enemies he faced, if they couldn’t resist being pulled into his dimensional realm, they would be instantly subdued, just like now. Without much effort, he could simply toss those spaceships and mechanical soldiers into the high-gravity zone of his dimension, leaving them utterly immobile.

“This Temporal Citadel looks pretty good too.”  

Not satisfied with merely absorbing the spaceships, Leo intensified the suction force of his Nine Tomoe Yin-Yang Rinne Sharingan to its maximum.

“Rise!”

To the astonishment of Pym and the others, the massive Temporal Citadel below began to shake violently. Slowly, the entire city, along with a large section of the land it stood on, started to separate from the surrounding landscape. It was then lifted into the air and finally shrank into a speck as it was drawn into Leo’s eye.

The super-tech city that Kang the Conqueror had spent over a decade building was something Leo wasn’t about to waste. Rather than leaving it to rot in the Quantum Realm, he decided to move it into his Tsukuyomi Dimension, where it could continue to produce spaceships and mechanical soldier armies.

Even though those spaceships and mechanical soldiers were of little use against opponents at his current level, they could be quite handy in situations where he couldn’t act directly. Sometimes, when facing lesser threats or when Leo needed to stay in the shadows, these forces could still play a strategic role.

Additionally, he wanted Kang’s ship—the one capable of traversing the multiverse and various timelines. With that technology, he would gain access to the future’s technological prowess and the ability to freely explore different Marvel universes.

This capability was of utmost importance to him. When there were no significant events left to influence in this world, he could journey into other universes and trigger new events to obtain more Small World Time.

Marvel’s multiverse offers countless possibilities—Spider-Verse, Venom-Verse, Mutant Universe, and so forth. With so many universes, there were endless opportunities for side quests, main story missions, and chances to earn more Small World Time.

Small World Time wouldn’t just allow him to control worlds he already ruled but also serve as a safeguard. Should he face a dire threat in the main Marvel universe, he could retreat to a Small World, syncing its time with the primary world. Years, decades, or even centuries could pass until he decided to re-emerge.

Now, with his own dimensional world, he could also bring his family into this realm and retreat to a Small World if necessary.

So even though he wasn’t in urgent need of Small World Time, he would always actively pursue side quests.

“Is it all over?”  

Watching the Temporal Citadel disappear below, City Lord Kyla’s eyes welled up with emotion.

Over the years, the native inhabitants of the Quantum Realm had suffered greatly under Kang the Conqueror’s oppression. At least two-thirds of their population had been killed, and countless homes had been destroyed in their resistance against him.  

“It’s not over yet. Kang the Conqueror used a micro-wormhole to escape while I was absorbing the Temporal Citadel,”  

Leo said, shattering the brief sense of relief among the group.

Kang the Conqueror was the true mastermind behind their suffering. If he wasn’t dealt with, he could easily rebuild another Temporal Citadel once Leo and the others were gone.

“But don’t worry, I know where he is. Wait here for a moment,”  

Leo said with a smile before disappearing from the cloud.

As he was absorbing the Temporal Citadel, Leo had already sensed Kang’s escape, but he wasn’t concerned in the least.

During his earlier confrontation with Kang, when he shattered the force field with his Light-Speed Punch, he had also managed to leave a Flying Thunder God mark on Kang.

“This can’t be happening! Who is this guy, really? How could he be so powerful? Why have I never seen him before?”  

Kang the Conqueror, now at the edge of a distant continent, raged as he recalled the scene of Leo absorbing his Temporal Citadel and entire army. He was fuming with anger and disbelief.

As proud as he was, Kang had never truly been defeated by anyone but himself from other timelines.

“I will escape this world! I will be the final victor, and I—”

While Kang was grumbling to himself, plotting his next move, a finger gently tapped the back of his head.

“Remove your armor!”

In an instant, his high-tech armor, imbued with the technology of countless universes, was stripped away from his body.

“How did you—”

Turning around to see Leo standing behind him, Kang’s eyes filled with shock and fear.

He couldn’t fathom how Leo had tracked him down through the randomly opened wormhole, nor how he had managed to effortlessly strip away his armor.

“Phantom Emperor Fist!”

In the next second, Kang’s expression of shock transformed into one of awe.

“Remove Your Armor” was a new spell that Leo had commissioned the wizards of his Wizard Empire to develop, based on the principles of “Disarm Weapon” magic.

While “Disarm Weapon” forces an opponent to release their weapon, “Remove Your Armor” forces the enemy’s armor to detach from their body.

Originally, Leo had designed this spell to be used in the Saint Seiya universe, specifically to deal with the gods and their sacred armor.

The plan was to use “Remove Your Armor” to disarm the gods of their divine armor before putting it in his own collection, making future battles far easier.

But now, it turned out to be just as effective against Kang the Conqueror.

This strategy opened up a new approach: disarm the enemy’s weapon with one spell, strip their armor with another, and even if the enemy wasn’t wearing armor, distracting them by removing their clothing could still create an opening.

While not an offensive spell in itself, it could significantly alter the tide of battle.

Especially against female opponents, the effects would be even more pronounced.
