OKSTS Chapter 30

**Chapter 30: The School Leadership is Overjoyed!**

Fang Ye noticed something as Su Ziqiu left her seat.

There was a small piece of paper left beside him.

He picked it up and glanced at the note, smiling lightly.

On the paper was a phone number—clearly Su Ziqiu’s.

Fang Ye thought for a moment and decided to keep the note.

As for whether he would call her or not, that would depend on his mood!

After all, with the Saitama Physique, there was no way he’d ever stoop to being a “chaser.” He was the one who would be chased!

Up front, sitting in the bus’s front passenger seat, Instructor Yan Tai had been watching Fang Ye and Su Ziqiu’s interaction through the rearview mirror.

He smiled to himself, remembering his younger days.

As he thought about it, a shadow of someone from his past flickered through his mind, making his heart ache.

Shaking off those old memories, Yan Tai refocused and continued observing Fang Ye through the mirror.

He was extremely curious about this student now.

At school, Fang Ye was always low-key, never drawing attention to himself, easily overlooked by others.

At least, as a teacher, Yan Tai hadn’t paid him much notice.

But now—

This kid had truly shocked everyone with his performance!

If Yan Tai hadn’t quickly intervened outside Forbidden Zone No. 2 and whisked Fang Ye away, the other teachers would’ve been all over him, trying to take Fang Ye for themselves.

A student who had set a historic record was enough to make any academy put aside their pride to recruit him!

They might even go as far as to fight over him!

Thinking back to Wang Liang’s stunned and sour expression earlier, Yan Tai couldn’t help but feel a surge of satisfaction.

It was truly satisfying!

Although Wusheng Academy hadn’t taken first place in this challenge overall—since one or two standout students couldn’t change the bigger picture—the fact that they’d made Wang Liang, that hypocrite, feel embarrassed was enough to make Yan Tai happy.

Looking at Fang Ye’s calm face in the rearview mirror, Yan Tai felt a sense of pride. But suddenly, a flicker of worry crossed his mind.

He was concerned about whether Wusheng Academy could hold onto Fang Ye.

Now that the news was out, Yan Tai was sure that other schools would soon offer tempting deals to try and poach Fang Ye!

A student who set a historical record wouldn’t just bring honor to the school but would also motivate other students and help them succeed in future challenges.

The benefits were endless!

Yan Tai even suspected that other schools might use official channels to forcibly transfer Fang Ye…

It wouldn’t be the first time something like that happened!

Thinking about this, Yan Tai furrowed his brow, worry clouding his face.

But no matter how much he worried, there wasn’t much he could do.

He was just an ordinary tactical instructor.

Whether Wusheng Academy could hold onto Fang Ye would depend on whether the school’s leadership could withstand the pressure!

A few hours later.

The bus finally returned to school.

By now, it was already 5 p.m.

After the students got off, Yan Tai shouted, “Everyone, don’t wander off tonight! There’s a big dinner waiting for you in the cafeteria. You’ve all had a long day, so after you eat, head back to the dorms and get some rest.”

With that, Yan Tai quickly left.

Even though he had already spoken with the headmaster on the phone, he needed to meet with him as soon as possible to explain everything in detail so the school could prepare.

He also had the list of “fallen” students, which needed to be submitted immediately for the school to handle.

Once Yan Tai was gone, the students scattered in silence, with no one in the mood for conversation.

The things they had experienced in Forbidden Zone No. 2 would take a long time to process…

A few minutes later.

Yan Tai arrived at a meeting room in the administrative building.

When he opened the door, the room was already full.

The headmaster, vice principal, dean of students, and several members of the school board were all present.

It seemed that the events in Forbidden Zone No. 2 had caught the school’s full attention.

Yan Tai hadn’t been wrong.

Right after he had finished his phone call with the headmaster, the headmaster excitedly contacted the school board and called an emergency meeting!

A red-level task evaluation!

And even more impressive—someone had broken the historical record and achieved the highest task evaluation ever!

These two students, appearing in a small school like Wusheng Academy, had completely thrilled the school leadership…
