OKSTS Chapter 41

Chapter 41: Entering Forbidden Zone No. 3!

“This time, we’re just helping Instructor Wang Liang.”

“That’s right!”

“It’s better to get rid of these two now, so they don’t cause us trouble during the upcoming freshman competition!”

Everyone nodded in agreement.

With enough personal benefit on the line, these people changed their minds as quickly as flipping a page in a book!

Fang Ye, however, had no idea that a plot against his life was brewing.

Since he had no classes in the afternoon, he went for another round of training.

At this point, his attributes had skyrocketed, and exercises like 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10-kilometer run had become a breeze for him. He could now complete them with ease.

Each day, his stats increased!

Fang Ye had even considered increasing his workout load. However, he found that even when he doubled the effort, his gains remained about the same as usual.

It seemed Saitama’s training regimen couldn’t be altered…

So, Fang Ye didn’t push it and just completed the set exercises every day, diligently.

Time flew by.

Another month had passed.

During this month, Fang Ye stuck to his training regimen and had grown significantly stronger…

**Name:** Fang Ye

**Race:** Human

**Constitution:** 419

**Spirit:** 142

**Strength:** 418

**Agility:** 407

**Bloodline:** Saitama Physique (Awakened)

**Special Ability:** Flame Talent (Blaze)

These were Fang Ye’s current attributes.

Fang Ye had secretly tested his strength.

Now, with a single punch, he could blow up a small hill!

He was starting to show traces of the fearsome bald villain…

Additionally, as his constitution increased, so did his vitality and defense.

Previously, his body couldn’t withstand bullets from large-caliber rifles, but now, no ordinary firearm could harm him.

He was truly bulletproof!

Unless it was something like a Barrett M82A1 sniper rifle with its extreme firepower—capable of piercing armored vehicles—most guns wouldn’t even scratch Fang Ye now.

In terms of speed, Fang Ye had also seen significant improvements.

He could now sprint 100 meters in just 3.22 seconds.

His acceleration was on par with a supercar!

Today was the day they would head to Forbidden Zone No. 3.

At 7 a.m., everyone gathered on the training field, where they were led to the changing rooms by their tactical instructor, Yan Tai.

Inside the changing rooms, there were many outfits from the Republic of China era.

“These clothes are designed based on the historical period of Forbidden Zone No. 3. Choose something that fits you well, but try not to pick anything too flashy or restrictive,” Yan Tai instructed loudly.

The students had already begun selecting their outfits.

In the men’s changing room, most of the boys remembered Yan Tai’s instructions and chose simple, low-profile outfits.

Fang Ye, however, did the opposite and selected a white dress shirt with a tailcoat. He looked dashing, like a nobleman from the feudal era.

Of course, he wasn’t trying to show off or look stylish for no reason.

There was a method to his choice.

In that backward time period, only high-status individuals wore Western-style clothing.

Fang Ye wanted to use this appearance to make things easier for himself later on.

After selecting his clothes, Fang Ye stepped out of the changing room.

Many people noticed his attire and gave him strange looks.

“Damn, Fang Ye’s really going all out, huh?”

“Isn’t this guy usually low-key? Why dress up so fancy just for a forbidden zone?”

“He must have a screw loose…”

Murmurs could be heard nearby.

Fang Ye paid no attention to them and chose to ignore the comments.

Even Yan Tai noticed Fang Ye’s outfit. He frowned, about to say something, but in the end, he held back.

Yan Tai trusted that Fang Ye had a reason for dressing this way.

The girls took a bit longer to change.

After a few minutes, they began stepping out one by one.

Fang Ye noticed Su Ziqiu was wearing a simple floral dress with a short blouse.

It was clear that Su Ziqiu had chosen her outfit for ease of movement in combat.

While her current look seemed plain—she could almost pass for a village girl from behind—her stunning face and graceful figure were impossible to hide when seen from the front.

She wasn’t a village girl.

She was the village beauty!

“Everyone ready? Let’s head out!” Yan Tai called out loudly.

The group followed Yan Tai and boarded the bus.

The bus slowly started, taking them toward Forbidden Zone No. 3.

On the way, a student couldn’t help but ask, “Instructor Yan, why is there always a month between each trip to the forbidden zones? Is there a reason for that?”

Yan Tai nodded and said, “Yes, there are two main reasons.”

“First, it gives you time to study new knowledge about the zones, as well as rest and recover.”

“Second, the government set this monthly schedule to make it easier to manage. They’ve designated one day each month for students like you to enter the zones. This helps prevent unauthorized people from sneaking in and posing a threat to you.”

Hearing this, the students suddenly understood.

This was the first time Fang Ye had heard this explanation, and it made him realize how much effort the government put into nurturing talent.

Moreover, from what Yan Tai said, Fang Ye gathered some new information.

It seemed these forbidden zones were open even outside of their scheduled times…
