- The Reincarnation World Where Only I Know the Storyline
- RWWOKS Chapter 133
As they stepped into the Leaf Village, the group immediately felt a different kind of bustling vibrancy.
If the Sound Village was like a town on the outskirts, and the Sand Village resembled a small county back home, then the Leaf Village was like the most prosperous provincial capital.
In terms of land area, population movement, architectural style, and the spirit of the villagers, the Leaf Village was leagues ahead.
Not only was it incomparable, but no other village could even come close.
“It’s no wonder everyone always teams up to fight you,” Fang Bo yawned, wondering if he should take a quick rest. Finding someone could wait until the evening, where the darkness would better suit his heightened perception.
Looking at the three people in his group, Fang Bo decided to find a hotel and settle in, as there was still plenty of time left.
The leaderboard points hadn’t changed in a while, indicating that others might be hesitant to take action, which he suspected had something to do with the security measures in the Leaf Village.
With an obvious police force presence and a sensing department monitoring at all times, any fight would be swiftly interrupted. He didn’t know what the consequences of being caught would be, but he imagined it wasn’t as simple as just apologizing.
There was no rush for battle. Time would come soon enough, and the so-called dimensional battlefield was like a breeding ground.
Reincarnators fought each other, accumulating resources through kill chests. The longer it went on, the more impressive the rewards would become. By the time the third round of the Chunin Exams arrived, each reincarnator could have thousands of plot points.
“Just thinking about it gets me excited.”
Fang Bo was about to follow his team when something caught his eye in the distance.
A hundred meters away on the street, he saw the three Sand siblings encountering the protagonist, Naruto Uzumaki, as Kankuro prepared to teach Konohamaru a lesson. As a fan of the original story, Fang Bo was eager to see this scene play out.
Naruto, under the influence of the Nine-Tails, couldn’t unleash his full Jinchuriki powers at this stage. Even his natural abilities as a member of the Uzumaki clan seemed suppressed, leading to his reputation as the “dead last.”
Even someone like Kankuro dared to look down on him, making it difficult for outsiders to identify the true protagonist.
Yet, if the Nine-Tails ever broke free, the damage to the Leaf Village would be unimaginable.
“Releasing the Nine-Tails is challenging, though. Minato and Kushina left their chakra in Naruto’s body, so at most, he could temporarily unlock a few tails.”
Relying on Naruto to destroy the Leaf Village was unrealistic. The plan would need the might of the Sound forces and Gaara’s One-Tailed Shukaku to succeed.
“Damn it, let me go!”
Lost in thought, Fang Bo noticed that Kankuro was about to strike Konohamaru. Attacking the Hokage’s grandson in his own village was certainly bold.
Even if no one else intervened, an Anbu would show up before the punch landed. According to the original plot, this would be when the cool-headed Sasuke made his appearance. But Fang Bo knew things were different now, with traces of reincarnators all around the Leaf Village.
The grandson of the Hokage would surely carry some high-level mission, a resource too precious for the reincarnators to ignore.
“Stop before you get hurt,” a figure appeared, catching Kankuro’s punch with ease. The Leaf side’s reincarnator had arrived.
“Huh?” Kankuro felt insulted and prepared to unleash his puppet, Crow. But before he could move, his opponent struck decisively.
In terms of battle experience, these “sheltered” characters couldn’t match the reincarnators. Sensing Kankuro’s next move, the man countered by pressing a finger onto Kankuro’s shoulder.
As Temari realized something was wrong, her brother’s clothes were already soaked with blood.
“What kind of move was that?” She instinctively reached for her fan.
Naturally, she had to stand up for her family. As the daughter of the Kazekage, she couldn’t show weakness. Meanwhile, Kankuro finally unleashed Crow, and the siblings prepared to fight back.
“You still want to go?” The man looked surprised.
He couldn’t understand why these outsiders were so bold. If he knew the man was also the son of a Kage, he might not have been so curious.
Even if things escalated, the Leaf’s upper echelons would surely de-escalate the situation, not risking conflict over a minor scuffle. Otherwise, why would the siblings dare to brazenly attack the Leaf Hospital?
Anyone else would have already been captured by the Anbu and thrown into jail.
“Fight, fight!” Fang Bo watched, eager to see what the reincarnators from other realms were capable of.
Why, you ask? Because the man before him was a formidable powerhouse.
[ID #11214 (Pirate)]
[Attack Tendency: Low]
[Attribute Tendency: Physical Constitution, Strength, Perception]
[Traits: Devil Fruit User, Fierce Fighter, Bodybuilder]
[Threat Level: Worthy Opponent]
**Devil Fruit User**: Zoan-type ability allows him to transform into a beast form, enhancing his attributes.
**Fierce Fighter**: Gains a 1% increase in base attack power with each enemy defeated until the end of battle.
**Bodybuilder**: Boasts a robust physique, with an extra 60 health points.
He never expected to encounter a Devil Fruit user here, and a powerful one at that.
Fang Bo could sense a thick threat just from their brief encounter. His instincts told him this reincarnator, #11214, was tough and relentless, striking without hesitation.
Casting a glance at the Sound trio in the distance, the man turned back, and a terrifying aura began to spread around him.
“More ants keep showing up.” Chizhu’s mood soured.
Progress in advancing with Konohamaru was slow, delaying the hidden mission he sought. Despite his strength, the kid seemed more willing to trust the blond boy.
What happened in the end? He still had to save him, and once the current threat was gone, he might just trigger a hidden mission related to the Sarutobi clan.
If there wasn’t something to gain, Chizhu wouldn’t bother with a bunch of NPCs. His real targets were always other reincarnators.
“Let’s end this quickly,” he thought, appearing beside Kankuro.
But at that critical moment, yellow sand erupted between them, forcing Chizhu back a few steps.
Everyone looked up to see a boy with a gourd on his back, hanging upside down from a tree. The kanji for “love” on his forehead, as if cast in blood, made him look terrifyingly intimidating.
The strongest character in this Chunin Exam storyline, Gaara, has finally made his entrance.
“Temari, Kankuro, stop this nonsense,” he commanded, cold, deadly intent enveloping everyone around him.
In his eyes, even blood relatives were no different from strangers. At this moment, Gaara appeared as ruthless as a demon himself.
Faced with such a terrifying character, even Chizhu’s expression grew serious.
He hadn’t expected the Sand Village to have someone this formidable.
“No wonder they were only given thirty slots; it turns out the storyline factions have quite an advantage.”
Feeling the overwhelming pressure radiating from the red-haired boy, Chizhu took a deep breath, deciding to hold off on attacking.
With his perceptive attributes, he could sense the mountain-crushing presence coming from Gaara. It was clear this opponent was beyond his current abilities; there was no straightforward way to defeat him.
Since that was the case, there was no need to provoke further. As long as the Sand group didn’t target Konohamaru, he’d let things be.
Ignoring the chatter of the main characters, Chizhu slowly turned his gaze to the Sound Village trio in the distance.
Activating a detection skill in a crowd of reincarnators was considered a blatant provocation. He was curious to see what abilities this person who had managed to infiltrate another village might have.
As a skilled fighter who rose through the ranks of the pirate world, Chizhu also possessed a scanning device for information. Nothing about this guy could be hidden from him.
Yet, the results from the scan left the Leaf Village’s reincarnator shocked.
[ID #14552 (Puppeteer)]
[Attack Tendency: Low]
[Attribute Focus: Spirit, Perception, Stamina]
[Traits: Heart of Steel (Legendary), Artistic Flair]
[Threat Assessment: Evenly Matched]
Seeing the “Legendary” tag beside the trait, Chizhu frowned but didn’t pay it much mind.
Having spent so long in the realms, he’d encountered plenty of “Legendary” talents before. But how many of them truly reached the pinnacle? Most of those with legendary traits still fell to the ever-increasing difficulty of the missions.
Talent alone wasn’t intimidating. However, the “Evenly Matched” threat assessment made Chizhu take notice.
What did that mean?
The seemingly unremarkable man before him had attributes that nearly matched his own.
Chizhu, the “Tyrant Dragon,” a powerhouse from another reincarnation realm, had achieved a feat of maxing out three primary attributes.
Before tackling the golden main storyline, he decided to earn some easy battlefield points.
With his maxed-out attributes, he could crush most reincarnators, so why not take the free battle merits?
Who could have guessed he’d stumble upon a worthy opponent right at the Leaf Village’s gates?
“Not bad, a target like this makes the fight much more valuable.” Chizhu turned away, deciding to investigate the man’s background.
When it came to plot points, people would sell out even their own mothers if the price was right.
To know oneself and one’s enemies is the way to win a hundred battles. Though Chizhu seemed reckless, each of his moves was calculated.
As for Fang Bo, he wasn’t one for overthinking.
If he could take down the Force King, then this guy, who seemed about the same, should be manageable in a one-on-one.
Between an unknown reincarnator and missing out on watching Sasuke’s flashy entrance, Fang Bo was more disappointed about the latter.
He glanced at Gaara, then turned away with a satisfied smile.
“What’s going on?” Guren grumbled but reluctantly followed.
Lord Orochimaru had ordered her and Jugo to stick with Fang Bo at all times and follow his commands.
Guren was obedient but had no issue venting her frustrations now and then.
Meanwhile, the quiet Jugo was incredibly grateful to Fang Bo, believing he had saved Kimimaro from certain death.
And indeed, that wasn’t far from the truth. Without Fang Bo’s Demon King’s Blood, the Sasuke retrieval mission would have been Kimimaro’s final dance.
It was a precious item from a red treasure chest—one that could cure an illness even Orochimaru couldn’t fix.
With such a valuable item wasted, it was only fair that he gained a few loyal allies in return.
Fang Bo, however, still didn’t know if these preparations alone would be enough to bring down the Leaf Village.
